Warranty Information

At Noble we stand behind our products. Great effort goes in to creating the finest bats on the market and we take pride in using the best raw materials and finishes available. Wood is a natural material and so sometimes…stuff happens. We offer a 45 day warranty period on our Pro Grade, Custom and Special Edition bats, provided there is no evidence of Misuse (Determined at Noble’s sole discretion).

Our bats should only be used to hit REAL LEATHER BASEBALLS. When hitting, the Noble logo should be facing either up at the hitter, or facing down at the ground at impact. Hitting with the logo in other orientations can increase the chance of breakage. Along with the logo orientation, it’s important to only hit baseballs between the end of the Noble logo and within an inch of the end of the bat, hitting at the very end of the bat and especially below the logo towards the hands will greatly increase the chance of breakage.

Please never store or expose your bat to extreme temperatures, weather or moisture, especially by keeping it in a car or unconditioned garage. This can affect the performance and greatly reduce the life expectancy of your bat.

Types of misuse can include but are not limited to:

  • Banging the bat against objects or your cleats
  • Slamming the bat on the ground
  • Hitting heavy balls, pitching machine balls and dimpled rubber batting cage balls
  • Hitting baseballs with the incorrect orientation of the Noble logo
  • Hitting baseballs at the very end of the bat, or below the Noble logo towards the hands
  • Exposing the bat to extreme temperatures, especially in hot cars or unconditioned garages
  • Also not included under warranty are chips or breaks in the end cup that do not affect hitting performance

If you feel that your bat has broken under normal hitting conditions and is within the 45 day warranty period, please use the contact form to submit a claim. Once received we will provide a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the bat. Please don’t ship the bat to us without receiving authorization first.
